Grain Free Carrot Love Bowl
THIS GRAIN FREE CARROT LOVE BOWL IS PERFECT FOR BREAKFAST. IT PAIRS CINNAMON SWEET POTATOES, GRATED CARROTS, YOGURT AND HEARTY WALNUTS FOR A FILLING MEAL.
Veggie/Fruit
- 3 oz sliced banana
- 3 oz grated raw carrot (feel free to steam these too if you want a warm meal)
Protein
- 4 oz almond yogurt (or your favorite)
- 1 oz walnuts
Grain Substitute
- 4 oz Roasted Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes (see notes)
Simply assemble your bowl together. I love to go in this order:
Layer the almond yogurt on the bottom.
Sprinkle the sweet potatoes to one side, then carrots next to it, then banana next to that.
Sprinkle with walnuts on top. Enjoy!
