This cilantro avocado lime dip is creamy, zesty, citrusy, and works beautifully as a sauce, dip, or spread. It makes a beautiful addition to any spring or summer meal!
In a food processor, process the cilantro, garlic and salt until they are finely minced. You may have to scrape the sides a few times to make this happen.
Next, add in the avocado and lime, and process until everything is well incorporated, but not too much (an over processed avocado turns a little frothy).
Taste for seasoning, throw on some chili flakes on top, and enjoy!
